It is essential to make quality time for our family. The value of quality time is rooted in our emotional availability and our intentions to participate in the interest of theirs, rather than our own. Giving the proper attention to our children and spouses, we learn to appreciate each person’s mindful effort to integrate themselves into our home culture.
